At the Amsterdam University of Applied Sciences, the TransEET network co-creates educational technology with students. In 2025 we partnered with Communication & Multimedia Design (minor Applied Game Design) and Game Development to explore new emerging technologies for learning.
- Game Development students experimented with the intrinsic integration of linear functions in educational games, so mathematics is experienced in play.
- CMD teams built diverse, playable game prototypes in just 5 weeks, aligning learning goals with gameplay and further exploring the concept of intrinsic integration.
Guided by TransEET’s Flow of Rapid Prototypes, students and researchers iterated quickly, shared expertise, and pushed the boundaries of game-based learning.
