3.2 Prototypes produced

As a result of the Flow of Rapid prototypes in the context of the CoFE method, TransEET CoIs produced a wide range of digital artifacts that can be used for research as well as educational purposes. In this section we provide a collection of TransEET prototypes along with supporting material that facilitate their implementation as well as their further modification and refinement. In this collection you can test the prototypes produced by the members of the five CoIs of the TransEET project.

CoI 1, “Emerging Technologies to support exploratory learning”: developed digital prototypes focus on the integration of emerging technologies like AI into exploratory learning environments aiming to foster students’ exploratory activity. In CoI 1 sub collection you can find LOGO-like microworlds, designed with the authorable programming environment MaLT2, integrated in AUTHELO, an environment that allows educators to author feedback for specific activities they design. You can also find prototypes designed with Interactive Concept Cartoons, an environment where students design concept maps regarding socioscientific issues by exploring cartoon dialogues.

CoI 2, “Designs for Authorable Learning Analytics”: prototypes focus on the use of Learning Analytics by educators that allow them to monitor and facilitate students progress.

CoI 3, “Augmented Reality in STEAM education”: prototype collection includes prototypes that integrate augmented reality in for STEAM education while

CoI 4, “Augmented Reality Gaming for STEM”: prototypes focus on the use augmented reality in game based learning approaches.

Finally the prototypes of CoI 5, “Joint research project”, explore the connection between mathematics learning and dance employing technologies with embodied interaction. Navigating the NeMast repository you can filter your search in order to find prototypes per target audience (e.g. educational level), learning domain and type of technology. You can also track prototypes evolution, following the prototype’s flow.
